CHE Synnervate feliciteert collega Leida Schuringa! De jury van de Ab Harrewijn Prijs heeft vijf personen en hun projecten bekend gemaakt die dit jaar meedingen naar de prijs. Een van hen is Leida Schuringa van het Quality Centre Vluchtelingvrouwen in Utrecht.

Congres Waarden Kleuren de Zorg

Op 9 mei organiseren LOC Zeggenschap in Zorg en Vilans i.s.m. CHE Synnervate het congres Waarden Kleuren de Zorg. Tijdens het congres worden op inspirerende wijze de onderzoeksresultaten van het project Zorginstelling van de Toekomst: de kracht van de client gepresenteerd. Doelstelling van het project, dat gesubsidieerd wordt door ZonMW (programma Zorg voor Beter), is om helder te krijgen welke waarde cultuur en drijfveren hebben in de implementatie van verbetertrajecten in de zorg.

We nodigen je van harte uit om ook deel te nemen aan het congres op 9 mei. De dag wordt gehost door CHE Synnervate directeur Arjen Bos en in de middag wordt er een Spiral Dynamics workshop door Wendela Schenk en Edwin Holwerda gegeven. Deelname is gratis en meer informatie over het programma is te vinden op de site van LOC Zeggenschap in Zorg. Geïnteresseerden voor het congres kunnen zich via de site van LOC ook inschrijven.

Ontwikkelingen CHE Synnervate

In september 2008 richtten wij CHE Synnervate op, een samenwerkingsverband van zelfstandige adviseurs, trainers en coaches die zichzelf en hun werk herkennen in het gedachtegoed van het CHE en dat gestalte wensen te geven, in verbinding en samenwerking met elkaar, bij een diversiteit aan opdrachtgevers. In 2009 bewerkstelligden wij de integratie van CHE Synnervate en CHE School of Synnervation in 1 organisatie met 2 gezichten: een advies- en ontwikkelbureau (CHE Synnervate) en een opleidings- en onderzoeksinstituut (CHE School of Synnervation).

In de voorbije jaren hebben we mooi werk en inspirerende opdrachten kunnen doen bij een toennemend aantal klanten. Waardevolle en leerzame ervaringen hebben we o.a. opgedaan bij LOC Zeggenschap in Zorg, waar we een intensief organisatieontwikkeltraject ondersteunen, bij het MDG5 Meshwork for Improving Maternal Health waar we bijdragen aan het verbindend en lerend vermogen van de meshworkpartners, en bijvoorbeeld bij een energiebedrijf waar we onze Spiral Dynamics Integral expertise inbrengen om de organisatie verder vorm te geven en teams beter te laten functioneren.

25 en 26 januari jl. zijn we met alle 10 synnervators onder begeleiding van Hella Ritz (www.lichtopdezaak.nl) naar Bergen getogen om te reflecteren op de toekomst van de organisatie, de kwaliteit van onze samenwerking en het verlangen en de ambitie om steeds impactvoller en succesvoller te kunnen zijn.

Daar is een aantal betekenisvolle volgende stappen uit voortgekomen. Die houden in dat wij de komende maanden zullen werken aan een nieuw business model dat onze samenwerking als synnervators faciliteert en dat bijdraagt aan een volgend niveau van volwassenheid van de organisatie. Wij investeren in nog verdergaande integratie van CHE Synnervate en CHE School of Synnervation: dat zal onder meer zichtbaar worden doordat wij ons steeds nadrukkelijker gaan profileren als 1 organisatie met 4 kernproducten, t.w. Opleiding, Onderzoek, Ontwikkeling en Ontwerp.

Wij gaan de verschillende rollen die we als synnervator kunnen vervullen nog meer kleur en gezicht geven. Wij ontmoeten en bewegen onze klanten en opdrachtgevers in het zetten van hun natuurlijke volgende stap, als adviseur, trainer, coach, host, facilitator, mediator, ontwerper, inspirator, connector, spreker, projectontwikkelaar en klankbord/sparring partner.

En, we gaan ons steeds krachtiger en zichtbaarder profileren in de contexten waarin we werkzaam zijn en ons inzetten voor maatschappelijke vraagstukken, organisatie- en teamontwikkeling en persoonlijke/individuele uitdagingen en bewustwording.

Ik kijk terug op de twee dagen als een ambitievolle en aspirationele duik in een volgende levensfase van het CHE Synnervate avontuur. Door onze producten en diensten, en onze organisatievorm, te blijven vernieuwen kunnen we steeds veerkrachtiger bijdragen aan duurzame innovatie bij onze opdrachtgevers. Immers, wij kunnen alleen succesvol syn-nerveren (‘verbinden en vitaliseren’) als wijzelf een onderling vervlochten en bruisend geheel zijn.

CHE Synnervate en de Zorginstelling van de Toekomst

CHE Synnervate werkt sinds vorig jaar intensief samen met LOC Zeggenschap in Zorg en Vilans rondom het project Zorginstelling van de Toekomst: de kracht van de client. Waardering voor het Quality Centre

Het Quality Centre Vluchtelingvrouwen is genomineerd voor de vrijwilligersprijs, sector Verbondenheid (zie http://www.vwcutrecht.nl/vrijwilligersprijs). Binnenkort wordt uit de drie genomineerden de prijswinnaar gekozen. Bovendien krijgt mede-oprichter en coördinator van het Centre, Leida Schuringa (ook synnervator), een award van de Global Women Summit. Zie http://globalwomenssummits.com/amsterdam-netherlands. Op 18 juni zal deze in ontvangst worden genomen. Wij zijn trots op Leida en feliciteren haar en alle betrokkenen bij het Quality Centre met wat zij samen bereikt hebben.

CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

The 2011 SDi EuroConFab is a meeting place for kindred spirits. The purpose is to create an internationally shared field of best practices of emergence and evolutionary change. So we invite you to exchange your experience, quests and questions and co-create with other participants.

If you wish to share in a session, we request you to send us a short description of your subject as soon as possible. Please include the questions you would like to inquire into. You can do so by sending an e-mail to euroconfab@humanemergence.nl. We will let you know on short notice whether, how and where it fits in the program. NB: we welcome all kinds of contributions, also those that address a totally different topic.

EMERGING TOPICS AT EUROCONFAB 2011

Vital Cities – Vital Signs Monitoring
Sustainable development of cities and regions dependend on the vitalization of value Memes. Keeping track of the dynamics of vMeme and life conditions is crucial. Integral Vital Signs Monitoring and subsequent development of interventions are necessary. How can we further develop our knowledge and experience building on our inquiries at the former EuroConFabs and our experiences in practice? What methods for monitoring do we employ? What do we measure? At what scale? In what contexts? How can the build up of a VSM system be part of the vitalization of the cityand region itself? The City of Almere will serve as a living laboratory to inquire into this emerging theme. Marilyn Hamilton, author of Integral Cities, will offer her latest insights on pro-active Vital Signs Monitoring. Morel Fourman has challenging questions from practice around the role of Vital Signs in building shared understanding, collaboration and implementing transition. Please let us know what experiences you can share.

Meshworking™
Meshworking is increasing momentum as a new way to generate healthy and comprehensive solutions for complex issues. At the EuroConFab 2008 one of the questions we left with was: “What does it really require of the Meshweaver to build an effective Meshwork?”. In March 2010 an international group of practioners came together in the Netherlands for a four day inquiry to gain a greater understanding what Meshworking really is and how Meshweavers integrate, align and synergize resources, people and motives. In this EuroConFab we will build further on creating our body of knowledge together. It is the step beyond and including Networking and Communities of Practices. What does that mean? What have Meshweavers learnt in practice? What needs to be addressed in a curriculum to expand the Meshwork practice into a profession with strategic impact and build a Community of Meshweave practioners?, share Including the latest experience with Meshworkingin Mexico at the Cancun Climate summit COP 16. Please offer your own learnings and let us know!

The promise of Turquoise
The Turquoise vMeme, because of its all encompassing Big Mind / Big Heart nature, seems so promising and needed in these turbulent years. Clarity of mind, and at the same time compassionate at the deepest level. It is longed for, yet what does it demand from the individual and the collective? What is the essence of the Turquoise vMeme? What examples do we see, experience? What does it imply for our own development? For the way we organise ourselves? For the interventions and engagements we design? At the EuroConFab, CHE Netherlands will share the latest of its Turqoise Research Project, an ongoing endeavour to explore the confines of our individual and collective evolution.

City of Almere case study
On Thursday April 7th, we offer the possibility to engage in a review of the City of Almere cases. Small review teams of ConFab participants will reflect on real challenges of specific stakeholders, who look forward to our feedback from an integral, evolutionary SDi perspective. The output of the teams will be input for the EuroConFab. One of the cases has been confirmed: how can the BuitenhoutCollege (VMBO level, local highschool for vocational training) and the multi ethnic, surrounding district of Almere Buiten inspire each others development? The other cases will likely involve citizen participation in neighbourhood development in Almere Haven, the future search of a horticultural glasshouse district in economic trouble in Almere Buiten Vaart, and the reorganization of health services in Almere. The cases are prepared in collaboration with the Chair of ‘eco-effective entrepreneurship in urban environments’ of the CAH Almere University of Applied Sciences. www.cahalmere.nl
