Edwin Holwerda is psychodynamic trainer, life-coach and organization consultant. It is his passion to inspire and coach people on their way to inner richness and outer authenticity. He supports organizations in the development of an integral, sustainable and values driven strategy. Topics such as awareness, meaning and authenticity are at the core. In addition he finds much inspiration in rituals, mythologies and integrates ancient wisdom and modern reality in his daily work.

Peter works in many different sectors. His present projects include the facilitation of an integral change process in and by different ministries, consultation on the development of a global problem-solving framework for the State of the World Forum and the 2020 Climate Leadership Campaign. He is a recognized expert in the field of evolutionary system dynamics, in particular Spiral Dynamics. His first book, Evolutionary Leadership was published in Dutch in 2006 and English in 2009. His passion is to organize ourselves in such a way that we can connect with our present state and undertake the necessary action with clarity, focus and swiftness. Peter also has roots in nature, theatre and music.

My departure point is the complex and multi-faceted practice and together with my clients I shape and name the challenge underneath the challenge, in order to consequently tackle that challenge with attention and care. The spirited human being is the x-factor in area development, and the integral vision of CHE Synnervate is exactly what’s needed to awake that. I’m available as a process architect for complex area development processes, as well as workshop leader and chair of gatherings and conferences.”

I have always done that in my work, as a nurse (in psychiatry, in home care and in Cameroon) and later as a manager of Asylum Centres and in Healthcare. At present I do this as a consultant, trainer and coach. Honesty, carefulness and respect for everyone’s qualities are important values and reference points for me. I bring clarity and my work is to serve what is needed. I enjoy putting a certain complex sustainability theme in the middle, for example sustainable fisheries or the theme biodiversity and business. On that theme I offer an integral reflection on what is now, from which together with the relevant organisations and people the new can be explored and strategic interventions can be developed. Within that reflection there is specific attention for the interests and values of the different stakeholders and the trust and interaction between them. I support organisations and people that play a leading role in multi stakeholder contexts. I am also keen on bringing different organisations together in suitable ways around suitable themes in order to support the transitions needed. My educational background is in econometrics and the last 12 years I have been working on corporate sustainability, biodiversity and business and sustainable supply chains at Nyenrode Business University, Twynstra Gudde and Environmental Resources Management.
