Becoming a Synnervator is not for everyone. We consciously raise the bar high when it comes to appointing new colleagues. We do want to grow in order to generate more opportunities and realize our goal. We are therefore always curious in finding interested potential synnervators. We keep our ears, eyes and hearts wide open to connect with those who enrich, inspire and are complementary.

Synnervators definitely discover and manifest their own social enterprise. They continuously take initiatives to further develop as a person and as a professional. They maintain a network of valued relationships and see opportunities to connect their network with our network. Synnervators can be specialists or generalists. They are continuously moving, they do not cling to fixed concepts and solutions, but continuously search for new insights, relationships, ideas and opportunities.
